My first visit to IKEA Tampa

I’ve never been to an Ikea until today. It’s such a huge place you can’t even spell it with lower case words. IKEA. That looks better. Don’t go without your walking shoes! And make sure you have minimum 2 hours of spare time to actually browse 1/3 of everything.

Never been to an IKEA so I had no idea how everything was set up. We started out at the cafe to get some sweedish meatballs, which were really good! Then we had 1-1/2 hours to browse which we thought was plenty of time. Wrong! While navigating through the building (which would be incredible for a HUGE haunted house!) I just couldn’t focus on one thing. My wife and I had to stop and get our eyes ready to see about 100,000 products in numerous different setups.

We didn’t even have anything in mind to purchase. Just wanted to browse but then we were ready to buy some goodies. Problem…we don’t have money to buy goodies so the goodies have to wait! We ended up spending $25 on stuff we could have purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond but it was cool just walking through there. See ya soon IKEA with a bigger wallet! )
