Spending time with family

Marlyse’s family came into the US last Friday from Ecuador and they’ve stayed with us half the time they’ve been here. The visiting family is Marlyse’s dad, stepmom and 4 kids, all under 9. Only Marlyse’s dad speaks English and I only speak Espanol un pocito! We went to Busch Gardens and Marlyse went with them to Adventure Island. While they were here, they also went to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld. These kids are going to think that is all we Americans do is go to parks!

Since we have a pool, they would swim as soon as they woke up until they couldn’t see anymore. These kids were prunes after the pool! They were well behaved kids. Better than any American kids I’ve been around! Maybe we’ll see you guys in December when Marlyse and I make plans for New Years!
